With about 4,000 employees, Great Dane is neither an extremely large nor highly structured company. Our associates are both hard working and efficient. Department managers provide guidance without micromanaging, and we prefer hands-on learning to long, elaborate training programs.
Because Great Dane is not a giant corporation, it's also possible to operate the company without excessively rigid rules.
