UNIQUE TOP RAIL DESIGN
The unique top rail and gasket design overlaps the top of the side panels and posts of the trailer to provide the best resistance to water leakage. Foam gaskets are used at all crucial connection points in addition to standard caulking to ensure superior protection against water intrusion.
FRONT END STRENGTH
Four 2.5" deep hat-section uprights coupled with two additional 3" radius corner posts add superior strength to the front wall while providing square interior corners for maximum cargo loading.
Air and electrical connections are mounted externally on a stainless steel mounting plate on the frontwall. The air and electrical lines are routed above crossmembers in a recess of the bottom rail, providing easy access and protection.
An extruded aluminum impact plate extends across the bottom front and around the corners to the side rails. Combined with a .25" heavyduty rolled lip, the front of the upper coupler is protected from fifth wheel impact.
