Great Dane offers a variety of Classic Freight Vans for all of your hauling needs, including aluminum and stainless steel vans, furniture and electronic vans for high-cube hauling applications, and FRP vans. We encourage customers to work with our engineering department to develop their own custom spec's, whether on one van or hundreds, to secure a trailer that precisely fits their requirements. By adding innovative, custom spec's to Great Dane's heavy-duty standard specifications, you can acquire vans that will add productivity to your operation for years down the road.

Designed with Great Dane's foam-press insulation and a fiberglass reinforced liner, the i-Van is the perfect solution to semi-insulated and heater box vans. Many key features from the Classic Reefer and Classic Freight Van have been combined to make this a versatile trailer specifically made to deliver your temperature-sensitive loads.

With up to 80 cubic feet more interior space than traditional sheet and post trailers, Great Dane's P-101 dry freight van stands up to today's challenges of cargo flexibility and cubic capacity. With a nominal inside width of 101" and single-panel proprietary design, the P-101 is simple to maintain and repair and features a snag-free, non-plywood interior. The durable and roomy P-101 - delivering more so you can too.

The Great Dane SSL sets the standard for strength and durability. It's distinction is the unique construction of its interior lining, single sided laminate, which is far superior to that of plywood or plastic linings. This tough, one-of-a-kind steel lining provides superior protection against forklift damage which can be visible on the outer wall.
The Great Dane SSL provides more cubic capacity than standard plate and composite wall trailers, but with unmatched durability. Possessing all of the advantages of conventional sheet and post construction - including ease of repair - the SSL is available in two interior widths, 100" and 101".

Double-decking freight has become a popular way to increase profits by maximizing useable trailer cube. That's why Great Dane has developed Double Dex - an innovative technology that creates a second deck to accommodate additional cargo. By using captive beams with a recessed track, this system can help to improve load average and increase revenue per mile!

In addition to providing more cube, Double Dex also reduces cargo damage. Typical captive beam systems are attached to the trailer sidewall or post, leaving the supports for the beams exposed. These protruding supports snag and damage freight as well as increase maintenance costs on the trailer. But Double Dex is different! As a factory-installed option, this innovative design allows the cargo track to be entirely recessed into the post providing a virtually snag-free area. Plus, the beams used in this system lock into place at the extreme top of the trailer, providing an additional 2.31" of overhead clearance as compared to the competition.
